Visual Art

As visual art was the focus area of my degree, and is a passion and hobby of mine- I am going to keep a scrapbook of art I have taught in the classroom.

Today we celebrated the landscape around us- the mountains and the sea. We experimented with mixing dye- both when wet and dry.

We learnt about perspective when drawing landscapes. We then looked at some surrealist style landscapes for inspiration. We used chalk pastels on black card and then sprayed with a sealer.

African line art- vivid, pastel and hessian.
